SCRAP KITS Gallore!!

The members at Creative Misfits all joined in and made scrapkits based on a color pallett for the month. You can check out the kits by clicking our blinkie below. Also remember... this runs once a month so check back and see what the new color pallett and wonderful kits that will be left. Oh and one more thing... the members are also making templates.. so in about 3 weeks you will see some awesome templates as well!! WOOT!

~Adding BackgroundsTutorial~

This is as easy as 1,2,3 (original code comes from http://shelsscraps.blogspot.com/)

1- Log into your Blogger account and select the blog you will be adding the background to and go into "Settings" on the top there are tabs select the "Layout" tab & then select "Pick New Template" Here you want to choose the Minima layout. Be sure you do not pick the Dark, Blue ect. you want the plain Minima layout. Once you have picked the layout hit "Save Template"

2 - On the top of the page you will see the option "Edit Html" select this and scroll through the html window until you see:

margin:0; color:$textcolor;
font: x-small "Trebuchet MS", Trebuchet, Verdana, Sans-serif;
font-size/* */:/**/small;
font-size: /**/small;
text-align: center;
}

Now copy the code below and paste it over the above code so now you have this:

{background:$bgcolor;background-
image:url(direct link);background-
position: center; background-
repeat:no-repeat; background-
attachment: fixed;margin:0;
color:$textcolor; font:x-small
Georgia Serif; font-size/*
*/:/**/small; font-size: /**/small; text-align: center;}

3 -Last but not lease :) find the background that you just love *wink* copy the URL at the bottom of the layout and paste it where it says (Direct Link) inside the parenthasis. Save and you are done!
